I will pursue a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Business Management and Economics with a concentration in Accounting. Completion of these studies at Empire State College will allow me to achieve my personal and professional goals without compromising my life’s responsibilities.
The goals that I have planned for myself are quite common. The main goal is to achieve the self-confidence and self-satisfaction derived from becoming an educated individual with increased knowledge and abilities. Educationally, I wish to build upon my past experiences and capabilities. Professionally, I hope to work in my current career and obtain additional skills related to accounting.
The ultimate purpose for my return to college is to gain more knowledge and skill for the employment I hope to obtain in the business world. I am desirous of becoming an entrepreneur as well. This degree will allow me to fully realize the potential I now already possess.
My educational goal is to fully satisfy the course requirement for the Bachelor’s Science Degree in Business Management and Economics. Although I am not currently working in the field that I desire, I find that working as an Administrative Assistant enhances my career choices and allows me the ability to work toward advancing to the next level. Education is a life-long task and journey, but I realize now that the road ahead is upon me.
My specific goal is to become a tax collector or entrepreneur in Business and Retail. My desire is to continue at Empire State and complete the Business Degree with a concentration in Accounting in order to fully achieve objectives that I wish to accomplish.

Finally, I will hopefully succeed in Business Ethics and Literature, learning how to permeate corporate philosophy and environmental concerns. I will advance in management behavior skills, and learn how to examine ethics through an in-depth study of a number of pertinent social issues related to the conduct of business in modern society.
I plan to implement QuickBooks as an additional support to maximize my accounting skills during my studies at Empire State College.
The educational plan was a guideline in helping me prepare my course of study. It has also given me some incentive to be more determined in all my academic learning throughout the college term the place where I have chosen to receive my Bachelor’s degree of Science.
