1. INTRODUCTION
Digital Airport Surveillance Radar (ASR – 11) is digital terminal air traffic control surveillance radar, consisting of Primary Surveillance Radar (PSR) and Monopulse Secondary Surveillance Radar (MSSR), is created by Raytheon Corporation to replace the older versions of ASR such as ASR – 07 and ASR – 08.
This is to better ensure the safety and efficiency of air traffic control system, and reduce operational costs such as maintenance costs. ASR – 11 is used for detecting weather conditions, up to 6 layers of intensity for harsh weather and aircraft positioning near the commercial and military aerodromes. Through the six-level national weather service calibrated weather capability, both the pilots and controllers’ situational awareness are improved.
ASR – 11 is highly modular, and it is easy to re – configure. Through the use of superfluous subsystems with built – in test equipment, it is intended for automatic operations. In addition, it is completely controllable and is able to monitor from various whereabouts.

PRECISION ENGAGEMENT provides NORAD the capability to precisely engage threats throughout the full range of our surveillance coverage to ensure off-shore threat engagement well before air and space weapons threaten Canadian or American citizens. This requires agile platforms with lethal munitions to enage targets more responsively and accurately from longer distances and precise, immediate operational assessments with the agility to re-engage if required. The system will include a flexible, near real-time targeting architecture, including space-based wide area surveillance, rapid identification, tracking, and near real-time sensor to shooter links.

“A body-worn camera in public policing is a miniature audio and video recording device which allows recording of officers’ duties and citizen interaction,” notes Thomas K. Bud. Police body-cameras are significantly growing in popularity across Canada. While legislation has not confirmed definite rules regarding the use of body-cameras, local police departments have begun their implementation. Canadian police services involved in these projects include Toronto, Victoria, Edmonton, Calgary, and Amherstburg Police Services. The results of these projects have revealed mixed thoughts regarding body-camera effectiveness. Is it a good idea for police to wear body-cameras? While the cost of police wearing body cameras seems prohibitive, police wearing

The initial phase of this implementation is to focus our priorities on implementing this new technology at CanGo and to present a quality product, which will entail our coverage and research into the flexibility, costs, maintenance, capacity, space and the long-term benefits of CanGo investing in an ASRS. In addition, we will be reviewing and comparing the firm with other small firms and their utilization of their ASRS system and how a highly advanced system will bring flexibility, productivi...
Big Brother's surveillance state is compared to phones in the modern world. The book features telescreens that are dual-purpose devices that play a stream of televised propaganda and record everything going on. Telescreens are present in upper and middle-class homes, but not in the prole homes, since the government doesn't care what the poor people are doing. Today, we have our own telescreen devices that we carry around everywhere with us - cell phones. Like telescreens, cell phones can even be used for government surveillance. As the FBI proved in 2006 when they hacked into a mobster's phone to turn the mic on and record to look at the internet use and warrantless wiretapping controversies. The creation of a state of a never ending war and fear induces people to surrender their rights and liberties that enables the imposition of the surveillance state, “Both rely on the existence of a technological system with the capacity to monitor every citizen’s actions and words (Rohde, 2017).” In 1984, Orwell shares the joyful relationship of Winston Smith and Julia in their secret haven to remind readers what has been lost in society, “He wished above all

The purpose of this report is to identify whether Automatic Dependence Surveillance Broadcast (ADS-B) or Traffic Alert and Collision Avoidance System (TCAS II) should be placed in all aircraft if the FAA decides that there is a need for some collision avoidance technology to be required for all aircraft. TCAS is currently required on all commercial passenger aircraft over 30 seats and ADS-B is currently being tested.
The article by Elida S. Perez discusses the Police Union’s push back on body cameras in El Paso, Texas. Perez states the denial of El Paso Police Department to equip body cameras because they believe other funding priorities and privacy concerns must be addressed. Some of the top funding priorities that Perez states are “hiring more police officers, buying new police cars, and updating radios”(par. 5). In addition, the police union is also concerned over unfair disciplinary actions against the police officers because of any camera malfunctions. She added an example that explained El Paso Municipal Police Officers Association President Ron Martin’s statement, “sometimes emergency situations unfold so quickly that an officer may not have time to turn on the camera, which he fears may be seen as an attempt to hide what occurred” (par.
Security Surveillance Cameras are a major concern in the modern world for every person. They play a major role as it records everything and it keeps proof of what is going around. Civilians are extremely worried about how security surveillance has gone out of control and they feel threatened. Wendy Kaminer’s article, “Trading Liberty for Illusions” was first published in Free Inquiry in the year 2002, claims that when Americans feel threatened, they tend to give up their freedoms for faux security measures. On the other hand, The Economist which is a weekly magazine published
Big Brother, always watching, loss of privacy: all of these are ideas associated with surveillance and the consequences surrounding it. Often in today’s society, people have experienced the always watching eye of the camera while in school and feel an immediate sense of outrage at their loss of privacy in situations like this. The balancing act of safety in a community with the concern regarding loss of privacy is a difficult one. Though many students view the loss of privacy as a terrible and uncomfortable thing, the benefits this surveillance can provide are too vital to the safety of the community to give up from this fear.
Measurement approach- taking a range of temperatures over time, reading and observing the situation, also to assess the situation by getting expect advice and suggestions. Taking the maximum and minimum weather conditions implementing a plan based on this information. Triggering an evacuation alarm.
It is a common practice for military jets to dump glass strips coated with aluminum from planes when doing manoeuvres, supposedly to block radar. A 19960research paper entitled “Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025 was presented to the US Air Force. Its primary focus was to identify ways to capitalize on emerging technologies for the use of future weather-modification to achieve military objectives. These objectives include everything from controlling precipitation and visibility to limiting fresh water through drought. They even include ways to reduce vulnerability from hostile enemy activities, which alludes to the fact that they believe this is a real threat from other nations too.
