Personal Background
The Early Years
A politician, economist, business consultant, editor and author; these are just a few of the careers that Lyndon H. LaRouche has had in his life. Lyndon LaRouche was born on September 8, 1922 in Rochester NH to Lyndon Hermyle and Jessie LaRouche, he was the oldest of three children. Lyndon Sr. and Jessie both considered themselves orthodox Quakers, they instilled in their children the belief that they should never fight others no matter the circumstances; this lead to a difficult childhood for Lyndon Jr. He was a precocious child who was often teased by other children. Lyndon found solace in reading the works of Descartes, Leibniz and Kant who helped him rationalize his social isolation (King 1990). Visits to his grandparents provided Lyndon some relief from his rigid upbringing at home. His grandfather helped him form an early interest in biblical history. LaRouches parents were very secular in their beliefs, so much so that they were often at odds with fellow church members even accusing them of Bolshevism and embezzlement of religious funds. They wanted their son to share their religious beliefs.
Educational Experience
He was educated through the public school systems of Rochester New Hampshire and Lynn Massachusetts He enrolled at Northeastern University in Boston during the fall of 1940. He was an active student at the University from 1940-1942 when LaRouche joined a Quaker camp for conscientious objectors. During this time he was introduced to the writings of German political philosopher Karl Marx, whose work is the basis of communist theory (Gale 2002). From 1944-1946 LaRouche joined the Army Medical Corps as a non-combatant serving in medical units in Burma and India. He aga...

Conclusion
Today’s society is one in which unemployment is up and public opinion of our current leader’s is at an all time low, the American people are in need of a leader who will help turn around their viewpoints. Lyndon LaRouche’s message over the past 30 years has consistently been the same; the world is heading into a global, systematic, financial and monetary crisis unless his specific policy changes are made. As previously mentioned, LaRouche has an Autocratic Leadership Style. This style of leadership is valuable when initially organizing a team or work group. It has been a proven style for LaRouche, he has run for president during every election since 1976, this is not a feat that all could manage.
Lyndon Johnson was born in 1908 in Texas; he was the oldest child of five other siblings. His father a farmer, Sam Ealy Johnson Jr, also represented the USA as a legislator was married to his mother, Rebekah Baines Johnson. Lyndon graduated from Southwest State Teachers College in 1930, today the school is known as Texas State University – San Marcus. ... leaders must, to use a time-worn phrase, “walk the talk” are essential to catalyzing that motivation.
Donald Trump can be appreciated for his cunning business savvy and an ability to at various times throughout his career, make it big. By co-creating this reality show with Mark Burnett, not only has he capitalized on the public's desire to fantasize about (and for a precious few, compete for) achieving a high-profile, financially lucrative career as a business mogul, he has also brought to the mainstream audience a heated, emotional and stimulating debate about something that we all seem to have an opinion on: what it takes to be a great leader.
In this book, the authors Tom Rath and Barry Conchie examine the question “What are the keys to being an effective leader?” To answer this question they had a team that reviewed data collected from Gallup polls. The data came from interviews from 20,000 senior leaders, over a million teams and more than fifty years of Gallup Polls of the most admired leaders in the world. The authors then had the team do a study of more than 10,000 followers to find out why they follow the influential leaders in their life.
On January 30th, 1882 in Hyde Park, New York a boy named Franklin Delano Roosevelt was born. He was son of James and Sara Roosevelt. From a young age his family had given him the education he needed to make for the next step in entering a private school called Groton, which was located in Massachusetts. It was then at Groton where he had listened to a speech by one of his distant cousins Theodore Roosevelt, Franklin had looked up to him and was very influential in his political career. At Groton Franklin was not a standout student nor was he an athlete. Although that did not stop him from attending Harvard University in 1900.
Once he was able to differentiate his public perception to whom he actually is as an individual it enabled
He was admitted to Crozer Theologist Seminary in Chester, Pennsylvania in September of the same year, to receive his divinity degree. He graduated from Crozer with the honors of being the first African American to be elected president of the student body and the highest GPA in his class. He then went on to graduate school at Boston University where he formed a great devo...
He want to show that leader are important for humanity and with any leader the world would be a chaos. I think I agree because leader help guide us through the rough times in life and without them the world wouldn’t have order and we wouldn’t have a civilization.
Throughout 2016, many different people will claim they can lead America to greatness again just as they do each election year. This directs attention towards leadership, and most Americans simply trust that these potential candidates display leadership characteristics. Unfortunately, politicians don’t always exemplify leadership, and many Americans experience poor leaders daily such as dreadful bosses. Because of these commonplace experiences, leadership may not appear as a direct character trait. Adaptable communication, the ability to inspire, a clear passion, and professional attitudes all characterize a true leader.
When Mr. Trump speaks, people listen. He is able to articulate and sell his ideas to you. He has had to do a lot of wheeling and dealing trying to acquire real estate, thus being able to persuade people by simply speaking is essential. Ability to Solve Problems Problem solving is another characteristic of effective leaders. You have to be able to take care of situations when they arise.
Throughout life, there are and have been leaders who have helped change and shape others view of the world by their charisma, strength, morals, and kindness. These particular people can help to create a vision along with intellectually stimulating people to broaden their horizons and to be successful in business and personal accomplishments. At one point of time, there was someone who I considered a leader, who motivated me by applying what is known as the Transformational Leadership Theory. Transformational leaders “inspire and empower” (LugoSantiago, 2016, p. 18) other individuals to become more well-rounded along with helping to achieving overall goals. With the Transformational
On the 21st of June 1905, Anne-Marie Schweitzer and Jean-Baptiste Sartre gave birth to their one and only child, Jean Paul Sartre. Anne-Marie was forced to raise Jean-Paul all by herself after Sartre’s father, John-Baptiste, died. Jean Paul Sartre became interested in philosophy after reading the essay “Time and Free Will” by Henri Bergson. In 1929, Sartre met Simone de Beauvoir. Beauvoir, who later on became a celebrated philosopher, stayed friends with Sartre throughout his entire life and would be the closest thing to a wife Sartre would ever have. In 1939, Sartre was drafted into the French army as a meteorologist. He was captured by German troops in 1940 and spent nine months as a prisoner of war. After World War II, Sartre emerged as a politically engaged activist. He was an outspoken opponent of French rule in Algeria. He also embraced Marxism; a theory based on communism, and visited Cuba, me...
The Great Man theory postulated that great leaders are born not made. This theory attempted to identify the set of attributes that all natural born leaders have in common. There is indeed truth to the belief that some people inherently have more leadership gifts than others, however, it has now become clear that leadership is actually learnable. This perception birthed the trait theory of leadership that examines which individual characteristics should be pursued to lead effectively. The premise of this concept is if you possess certain traits and attributes people will follow you. The weakness of this theory is that it identified dozens of traits but no single set emerged as ideal for all circumstances. Closely related is the skills theory of leadership, as in trait theory it attempts to identify a key set of attributes but in this case practical skills rather than staple qualities of a leader. The premise of the skills theory is that if you want people to follow you, you need technical, conceptual, and persuasive skills along with diplomacy, affability and visionary acuity to see the big picture and to think strategically (Day, Fleenor, Atwater, et al, 2014). Next, there is the Situational Leadership theory which argues that there is no one size fits all model. Certain traits, skills, and styles fit better in one situation than another so a leader must adapt. Transactional leadership and transformational leadership are two theories that can be considered together. Transactional Leadership proposes there is a reciprocity of behavior between the leader and follower and people will follow based on the incentives in place. Therefore, the leader’s job is to find the right combination of rewards and
A great leader is someone who can remain effective in the face of adversity. I have always admired the leadership of Ronald Reagan, the fortieth president of the United States. To understand Reagan’s influence as a leader of the American people, we must first understand leadership. There are many published theories about leadership including the theories of Dr. Bernard M. Bass. Additionally, there are follower-focused studies that have produced additional theories that expand and compliment Bass’ theories.
The world hopeful in political leaders but unfortunately, a few of live up to the leadership main beliefs and values. In fact, a lot of political leaders seem to severely be deficient in numerous of the majority necessary leadership qualities.
