Chapter One The Beginning John Welsh was not always on his best behavior. He has had some past issues when it came to the law. He had some issues and he was trying to overcome them by doing community work. He showed his good side when Judge Holloway presented him a chance to change. John is now 32 years old and he has been on the force for about Eight years in Dallas Texas. He dedicated his life to helping families get justice for someone else’s actions. John thought that he had seen and done it all until one case came along that he could not put his finger on. John wanted to solve this case and get justice for all involved. Would this case be something that he could solve or would he crack under the pressure and give up? John had to prepare for the road ahead. Chapter Two The Call John was working on another case when he got the call about a new case that erupted. He quickly got into his car and drove to the scene. He saw the media crowding around the house, so he had to push his way through. Once inside he got the story about what they think happened. John took a deep breath and went back outside for air. Another detective ran after John and asked him was he okay. John explained the mother and daughter on the floor were the dependents of a judge that he knew. A car rolled up and came to an abrupt stop in the parking lot across the street. John knew who was in the car and he quickly went out to meet him. George Holloway ran to the house and tried to go inside, but John stopped him. He told him that his wife and daughter were murdered and that he would do everything he could to get justice. George fell to the ground and started to cry as he pounded his fists against the cement. John pulled him up and told a detective to t... ... middle of paper ... ... where he originally came from. He told John that he killed his best friend while he was sleeping. John had a friend that stayed the night and he stabbed him four times in the chest, but he had no memory, because he was asleep. Judge Holloway pulled some strings and sent John to a mental Hospital. When John was fifteen years old they released him. John went for his sentencing with Judge Holloway. He looked at the table the whole time, because of his guilt. The judge told John that he blamed himself, because he was trying to help a troubled soul from the outside. The jury gave their verdicts and John was found guilty on all counts and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. The judge added that he will get some treatment. John agreed and thanked the prosecution for not seeking the death penalty. Dave and George watched as they took John away.
