According to Islamic mythology, a “jinni” meaning spirit in Arabic dropped a jewel in the sea, producing a volcano that erupted forming the Comoros islands today. It is suspected that Phoenician sailors were the first to visit Comoros due to their excessive travel, specifically from Mediterranean Sea ports (1). They expedited towards the North Atlantic Ocean circling the entire African continent making one of many stops in Mayotte, Comoros. Earliest inhabitants of the land were of 5th to 6th century Melanesian or Polynesian sailors as well. Archeologists have found traces of these sailors in Nzwani, which is part of the archipelago islands that form Comoros today. Islanders dispatched emissaries to Mecca upon hearing about Islam in the 7th century. Even though the prophet Mohammed passed before the delegates arrived, conversion to the new religion was already starting to commence. The Arab Shirazi clan, were credited on the Islands for building mosques in the 15th to the 16th century. A civilization was evolving and in 1505, the Portuguese decided to start their version of colonialism. The British and French followed in the same footsteps all throughout the 19th century, as Nzwani became a major supply hub for European opportunists. The French finally succeeded in its “divide and conquer” surgical methods and tactics, and by the end of World War 2, France had full control of the Comoros Islands and was represented by its own French legislature. Independence for Comoros from France moved slowly and quietly and when offered a vote for change, all three Islands were granted autonomous rule with the exception of Mayotte due to its deputies abstaining in a vote for pro French rule, thus as aforementioned above, Mayotte is under...

Today, Comoros’ future remains gloomy due to its poor economy and high unemployment rate. It’s only promising aspect regarding its economy, is its agriculture and resilience to tourism. Another fulfilling note is its power sharing equality relative to women’s rights and obedience in the Government towards France, especially with its municipality in Mayotte. With more influential guidance through France, Qatar, and the UAE, Comoros is likely going to keep progressing in facing adversity whether economically, socially or in its governmental security affairs.
Following the battle it was determined that Coalition Forces could no longer achieve their counterinsurgency objectives in Wanat, due to complicity in the attack by the local government officials, population, and Afghan National police. On July 15, 2008, Coalition Forces withdrew from Wanat.

This fortified country has made shifts to obtain a true democratic system. From sacrifices, crisis, and authoritative rule, there attempt to rebuild their nation resulted in long lasting stability. Latin countries since colonial times have grown accustomed to the life of strife, in which changes are only made temporarily. For one to actually set out plan that will last for the future is true progression. As mentioned earlier where there is progress there is stability and vice versa. Costa Rica has made the effort to initiate program that will build their country. Democracy has a great deal of influence on Costa Rica becoming a cohesive nation through the economic, social, and political factors. The sense of unity that the country has been born through the seed of democracy. The citizens share a community based image of what they are an apart of. Benedict Anderson coined the phrase “imagined communities, stemming from Rousseau ideology, which I feel this nation can identify with. (Engel, 2005, pg.537). Not only can this nation relate to this imagined community by struggle, but also victory. Many countries can only associated their unity with the struggle the country has faced. This shows that the nation is not making the proper moves to better the quality of life for their people. Costa Rica is far removed from the typical assertion of a “Central American” country, because they were focused on

The government allowed much of these unsustainable activities to occur without understanding the large scope of consequences it has. With land degradation, the country will not be able to “feed its population, provide water, develop the tourism industry, and diminish vulnerability to natural hazards”. Without the political will of the government, none of these issues can be addressed or minimized. The government needs to involve its efforts and funds to develop land use planning and to protect its resources in order to protect its future generations and the future of the country (Castro, Mataya, and Stark, 2007, p.
History is just a fascinating subject to learn on where you came from and how exactly you are here today. El Castillo is a ninety foot tall Mayan pyramid that I will be discussing on when, where, by whom the pyramid first started, why it is such a big impact in society and what exactly El Castillo has to do with astronomy.

The two different views that were offered in the book were very different from each other. The first view was written by Pedro de Cieza, a soldier who studied Andean Indians. He presented the Incas as peacekeepers, tranquil, grateful subjects, loyal, loved, and did great work for their subjects. The second view was written by Father Cobo a Spanish priest. He described them as tyrants ruling harshly and commanding fear, keeping their subjects in a state of submission.
The Caymans were “discovered” by the west by Christopher Columbus on his fourth and final voyage to the new world. His two ships, the Capitana and the Santiago sighted two small islands on May 10, 1503. These islands he called “Las Tortugas” because of their abundance of sea turtles, these islands eventually became Little Cayman and Cayman Brac. Columbus’ ships were off course when they sighted the islands and did not set foot on the islands. Columbus was an unintentional witness to the yearly gathering of sea turtles to mate and lay eggs. They were so abundant that their shells were mistaken for large rocks on the beaches. The turtles yearly migration was a large influence on the islands early history.
The play Orosman at Zafira is a Komedya written by Francisco Baltazar, a renowned Filipino writer who wrote it for the Teatro de Tondo.. This theater form, Komedya, is not a comedy, but in fact a colonial Spanish drama that revolves around saints or warring kingdoms. However, this play deviates from the standard Komedya; original komedyas were about the Moro-Christian conflicts while Orosman and Zafira is about the characters rather than religion. The play was an adaptation of Baltazar’s original in order to suit modern Filipino audiences. Examples of the difference made for the play are the Filipino tribes who were originally Turkish kingdoms; the neo-ethnic music for a tribal feel of the play and; the dances instead of marches in the original text.
Today Kazakhstan is one of the well developing countries in the whole world. Since Kazakhstan became independent country in 1991 and from that period many things were significantly changed including of course business environment. The country was developing in terms of such factors as economic, political and legal, demographic, social, competitive, global, and technological. Kazakhstan is in the 9th place by territory and located in Central Asia, and also has access to the Caspian and the Aral Sea where a huge amount of oil has. The neighbors that Kazakhstan has connect are China, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation. In addition, with all these countries Kazakhstan has good relationships in different spheres. As I mentioned above from the moment when Kazakhstan got independence there were a lot of changes, for example, whether before the capital was Almaty then from 1997 the capital of Kazakhstan became Astana. Today Astana is one of the biggest and beautiful cities that attract many tourists to visit Kazakhstan. Talking about language that official is definitely Kazakh and also Russian language is quite widespread that many people can speak free. Furthermore, Kazakhstan possesses a rich selection of mineral reserves as well as numerous oil and gas fields. Kazakhstan’s strategic location in Eurasia has important implications on the country’s economy, politics, and culture which collectively create a favorable business environment for multinational companies. The factors that I would like to write are economic, legal and political.
