Gas powered RC helicopters are some of the toughest and most exciting choppers to take to the sky in the RC world. These birds exhibit all of the power, torque, and top-notch flight performance of their full-scale cousins in a small package that is simply amazing. While these helicopters may look similar to their electric counterparts, they differ tremendously in the fact that gas powered RC helicopters are the most realistic thing you can fly short of sitting in the cockpit of a full-scale high-performance helicopter. Overall, these RC birds offer their pilots the chance to experience first-hand the exhilarating excitement of flying a top-notch chopper.
When it comes to gas powered RC helicopters, there are basically two different motor designs that power these choppers. The first is the traditional 2-stroke gasoline motor that uses a regular gas and oil mixture to fuel the motor. These choppers offer the most realistic performance possible in a RC helicopter because they recreate the performance characteristics of a full-size chopper. They also are capable of doing daredevil stunts and amazing aerobatic maneuvers. However, gasoline fueled helicopters are not easy to control, so you must be careful when you are first learning how to fly them.
The other design in gas powered RC helicopters is the nitromethane fueled chopper. These helicopters are a little faster than gasoline fueled birds, but they also can be a bit more temperamental. Therefore, if you choose to buy a nitromethane fueled helicopter, be prepared to spend a fair amount of time tuning the engine in order to keep it in optimal flying condition. Generally speaking, those pilots that read up on gas powered RC helicopters and spend time honing their skills in the simulator are the ones that find years of enjoyment from the hobby. As with anything, learning the ins and outs of the hobby will pay big dividends for you in the end. Above all, the greatest thing to remember with a gas chopper is to learn how it flies and have fun piloting it.

In this paper we will discuss the first documented use of helicopters for the primary purpose of Air Ambulances in World War II. During 1943, the United States, British Commonwealth and the Chinese faced the armies of Japan, Thailand and Indian National Army. The enthusiast driver has to know their machine and their own personal limits when considering these two units. Although they are very similar, turbos and blowers are also very different.
These cars operate from a rechargeable battery and gasoline. The engines are smaller so that they will be able to accommodate the 99% of time when the car is not going uphill or accelerating quickly. The Terminal Velocity of a Paper Helicopter Introduction. Terminal velocity is the resulting occurance when acceleration and resistance forces are equal. As an example, a freefalling parachutist before the parachute opens reaches terminal velocity at about 120mph, but when the parachute is opened, terminal velocity is reached at 15mph, which is a safe speed to hit the ground at. This experiment will be no different, as I will be examining the terminal velocity of a freefalling paper helicopter.

I recall that shortly after I purchased my bike, I found a CX500TC for sale in Milwaukee (only about 1.5 hours from where I live) for $1500 at a dealership. I was almost having second thoughts about having just purchased a motorcycle, but I think I made the right decision at that time because I am very happy with my bike and I still enjoy every chance I have to ride it. The next time I am in the market shopping for a motorcycle, I will be sure to see if there are any Honda Turbos available for me to consider.
