On Friday and Saturday night, I helped oversee the young ladies from Bingo, Amanda, Ana, and Kathleen so they could be trained on "quarterbacking." Over the course of these nights I was able to gain further insight into the new system. Thanks to their help we can hopefully improve further on this system as I will further discuss. After their shifts I collected the ladies feedback, as well as some of the servers input as well. Their concerns were primarily ones that have been discussed already such as not getting drinks, orderings going unfulfilled, and orders not being delivered. The servers will need to be taught how to locate machines sections without map, which run numerically in certain directions. Further thoughts: If a "quarterback" carried a small bank with them like a change clerk, and took credit card orders using a reader attached to the tablet. I'd also like to point out that VIP's orders should be an immediate priority for drink service which still struggled. Overall, I think Friday and Saturday went very well considering our issues, and the servers did a fantastic job for the most part. One of my major concerns is with some of the servers lack of maturity and professionalism. A select few servers are causing the large group to lose focus of the objective, and those select servers should be relocated elsewhere if necessary, and warned. I felt pretty occupied constantly keeping on eye on the "quarterbacks" making sure the servers were getting the correct machine locations and drinks
“I think that tablets have a place at the table, but it’s pretty hard to ask questions, get suggestions from a tablet. Working in a restaurant has it's ups and downs. One negative thing in particular is the constant rotation of workers. The majority of people working in food service are young, usually in high school or college. When I started at The Chophouse, there were about eleven other greeters. Six months later, that number had been cut in half. After a year, we were back up to about ten people, but only two of them had worked there when I first started. With such an unstable flow of employees, it's important that someone can be a guiding light to new staff members, especially those who haven’t had a job before. As more and more of my original coworkers left, it became increasingly apparent to me that I would need to make that responsibility my own.
The restaurants also need to improve in order taking process. In modern days, restaurants can improve the taking of orders by developing systems in online platforms, where a customer can order food or other services online, or even request delivery (Lindsay and Evans, 84).
Everyone is different. We are all given unique personality traits and gifts to use in our daily lives to help us in the workplace. When we all get together in a group setting, it is important to know our own strengths and weaknesses and how they come together to make the group work. It is not always as easily said as it is done. There will be those in a group that have clashing personalities and don’t seem to want to agree on anything, much less work together to complete a given task. It is important to understand each other’s personality and for each individual to understand their own personality to make the group work more cohesively. God made everyone different, giving us each our own personal traits so that not one person can do everything
For our second piece of assessment this semester we participated in a debate. We were required to produce an argument in favour of either the plaintiff or defendant regarding an area of law. The debate was assessed in three sections which included delivering an oral argument, producing a written outline of our argument and working effectively as a team.

Three systems that are generally purchased for restaurant use are inventory systems, point of sales systems, and reservation management systems. All of these systems should be researched and compared on their functionality so the most suitable technologies can be implemented into the daily activities of the restaurant.

During my study I also thought I knew what teamwork was, but actually my understanding related more to “working in a group” instead of working as a team. If you work in a team, other players should help you grow, understand you as an individual person and understand the way you think and work. This will create harmony in a group and that will lead to better results and motivated team players. Whenever I look back to my days when I had to work in a group, I always felt that nobody really cared about their peers and just thought they were working as a part of a team, but instead it was all out of individual interest. Due to my internship, I worked with a team of 10 people and I could feel the differences during meetings and how everything fitted into one picture as a whole. Meetings had a real structure and everybody was given the time to speak instead of only two people speaking and all the others were just attending (like in my previous study projects). I hope I can use these skills in a future study related project.
There were several times that I was watching around the restaurant and noticed several large groups and they were sat in a straight line, which is the perfect seating for large groups. I feel that staff was in need of more customer training so that they can have a prosperous restaurant.

Krause (2008) states that positive reinforcement, according with Skinner, occur whether the emergence of or the increment in the intensity of a stimulus, follow a behavior. This stimulus is known as positive reinforce and its main function is strengthen the behavior that come before it. Positive reinforcement is also known as rewarding learning because reinforces often tend to be rewards, but Skinner did not like this way to called it. Skinner argued that even though people are rewarded through this process, it is important to keep in mind that the behavior is reinforced. I was born into an uncommon kind of household with two atheist parents. My family celebrated Christmas and Easter but we never made any holiday directly about God. For the majority of my adolescence I identified as an atheist without any knowledge of any religious beliefs except the most prominent basics of Christianity and Judaism. My parents did, however, express to me why they thought religion was bad. I was told it was just an excuse for fighting, ignorance, control, and that it was all fantasy. They always allowed me to make my own decision on this
